Alan Telford

Alan Telford is a seasoned technical support specialist with extensive experience in the fire and security sector. Currently employed at Pyronix since August 2023, Alan previously served at Johnson Controls from April 2022 to August 2023 in the same role. Prior to that, Alan held the position of Technical Support Team Manager at Mitie Security from October 2020 to April 2022. Alan's career in fire and security engineering includes significant roles at PIP FIRE & SECURITY LTD, McElwaine Security Services Limited, and CONTACT SECURITY SYSTEMS LIMITED, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills. Alan began as an Apprentice Electrician at JBE Mechanical Electrical Ltd in 2007 and holds a GCSE from Dunclug College.
