Bill Decker

Bill Decker is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and lean management, currently serving as a Senior CI Consultant at Pyrovio since April 2024. Prior to this role, Bill Decker spent over 13 years at DTE Energy as Manager of the Continuous Improvement Strategy Group, overseeing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Bill Decker also held the position of Practice Lead for Lean Solutions at RWD Technologies from 2008 to 2010 and was the Lean Enterprise Manager at Ford Motor Company from 2001 to 2008. Bill Decker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1983 and 1987.
