David Stuart

Director, Support Services at Pythian

David Stuart has a wide range of work experience. David began their career as a Technical Support Manager at Corel in 1997 and later moved on to work as a Client Care Manager at Webplan from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they became a Business Consultant for the Federal Government of Canada, where they successfully managed the consolidation of three regional call centers into one national center. From 2005 to 2017, David worked at Halogen Software, starting as a Manager of Customer Support and later transitioning to the role of Director of Customer Support. In 2017, they joined SonicWall Inc. as an Operations Manager and then moved to Pythian later in the same year, where they currently hold the position of Director of Support Services.

David Stuart has a degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Ottawa. David also has training in Organizational Leadership from Algonquin College Corporate Training. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), ITIL Foundation V3 from Global Knowledge Canada, KCS Principles from HDI, and Help Desk Manager from HDI.
