Justin Cooper

Justin Cooper has a strong background in software architecture and development. Justin has extensive experience in leading and architecting software systems for various industries.

From 2020 to the present, Justin served as the Lead Software Architect at Pyx Health, where they were responsible for developing a cloud application to address mental health challenges. Justin implemented Domain Driven Design principles and mentored team members in domain architecture patterns.

Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Justin worked as a Senior Software Architect at SilverKey, where they developed custom enterprise solutions for an ecommerce seller on the Amazon marketplace. Justin leveraged DDD, Agile, and TDD principles to deliver effective software solutions and invented custom VM and micro service solutions for distributed analytics of market conditions.

From 2013 to 2018, Justin held the role of Sr Software Architect, Product Owner, and Team Lead at Central Reach, where they architectured and guided the development of EHR practice management systems. Justin also transitioned the infrastructure and architecture into AWS cloud services and developed EDI insurance integrations for automated billing services.

Justin's experience also includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at NextEra Energy Resources from 2011 to 2013. Justin led the architecture and development of web-based enterprise applications, utilizing SPA design principles and C#.

Before that, Justin worked as a Manufacturing Systems Architect at DP Technology from 2010 to 2011, where they developed and presented custom enterprise software solutions for international business customers.

From 2007 to 2010, Justin held the position of Manufacturing Systems Architect at Hoerbiger, where they led an international software development team and utilized Agile strategies to automate the engineering and manufacturing processes for custom valves in the oil and gas industry.

Lastly, from 2005 to 2007, Justin served as a Manufacturing Systems Architect at Hood Depot International Inc. Justin developed a product engineering framework for automated design and manufacturing of HVAC Hoods and utilized Agile/SCRUM development strategies for ERP features.

Justin Cooper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
