Megan Black has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Proteos, Inc. from October 2006 to May 2010. Following this, they worked at Corium International as a Quality Analyst II, where they conducted analysis of transdermal drug delivery systems to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications. This role lasted from April 2011 to June 2013.

In 2013, Megan joined the Michigan Health & Hospital Association as a Project Assistant. Megan then progressed to become a Project Coordinator and later a Data Manager, providing program support, database management, data collection design, and statistical data analysis for the MHA Keystone Center. Megan Black's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Value-Driven Organization from Central Michigan University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry at Western Michigan University from 2006 to 2010.
