Merv Jersak is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in systems consulting, IT project management, and public speaking. As the President and CEO of People First Project Management LLC since April 2019, Merv focuses on integrating the human aspect into project management. Merv also serves as an Executive Consultant at PYXIS Management Consulting Group LLC and previously led Merv Jersak & Associates, providing consulting services to state governments. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Vice President at BDM International, and Director at Systemhouse Inc., contributing significantly to large-scale systems integration projects in the public sector. Merv holds an MBA from The University of New Mexico and a B.Sc. Honors in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba.
