Payal Sharma

Payal Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for PYXIS Management Consulting Group LLC, Payal is involved with the California Department of Motor Vehicles' Modernization Project. Previously, Payal was a Product Manager at Social Experiments from October 2018 to April 2023, where notable achievements included significantly increasing donations to nonprofit partners and reducing operational costs through innovative digital strategies. Additional roles include VP of Business Development and Sales at Codeproof Technologies, Customer Success Manager at Halosys, and Project Lead at Stryker, among others. Payal holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. Education also includes participation in an MBA Exchange Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology.
