Donna Regalado

Donna Regalado, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Donna is currently working as the Director of HR Operations at Pyxis Oncology from 2022. Previously, they held the role of Manager of HR/Business Partner at Sartorius from 2019 to 2022, where they reported to the Regional Head of HR, Americas. Donna also worked at IBM from 2015 to 2018 as the Manager of Human Resources for IBM Watson Health, supporting a client group of 500 employees/managers across the US. Prior to that, they worked at ForeSee from 2008 to 2015, serving as the Manager of Human Resources and Senior HR Generalist. Donna was responsible for HR operations for on-site and remote staff across the US, UK, and Canada. Donna also gained experience in the real estate industry at Toll Brothers, where they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager from 2003 to 2008 and held various HR roles from 1998 to 2000. Throughout their career, Donna has reported to senior leaders and has demonstrated their expertise in HR operations and business partnering.

Donna Regalado, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University. Donna also possesses the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
