Henry P. Williams

Henry P. Williams is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Pyxis Tankers. Prior to their current position, Henry was the Managing Director - Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity Inc., where they were responsible for heading Maritime, Energy Services & Infrastructure in the United States.

Before Canaccord Genuity Inc., Henry was a Senior Advisor at North Sea Partners, LLC. There, they were in charge of private capital origination and placement for maritime, oil service and energy companies as well as providing advisory services.

Henry has also worked as the Global Head of Shipping at Nordea Markets and as the Head of Energy & Transportation - Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. For Oppenheimer, they were primarily responsible for client development and transaction origination/execution of investment banking products/services to energy (MLP's, small upstream and alternative), oil services, maritime and offshore companies as well as short-line railroads.

Henry P. Williams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University in Finance, General and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Rollins College in Economics & Business Adm.

Henry P. Williams reports to Valentios Valentis, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with and Konstantinos Lytras - Chief Operating Officer & Corporate Secretary .
