Cath Bailey

Cath Bailey has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Cath'smost recent role was as Chief People Officer at PZ Cussons, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief People Officer at MAG (Airports Group) from August 2020 to August 2022. Before joining MAG, Cath worked at Avon as Vice President HR, Global Commercial Business from May 2017 to August 2020. Cath also has experience as a Consultant at Kinetic Consulting Ltd from September 2016 to May 2017. Cath spent a significant part of their career at Kellogg Company in various HR leadership roles, including VP HR European Markets, VP Human Resources Western Europe, VP Global Talent & Organization Development, Senior Director Global Organization Effectiveness, and European OE Director. Cath worked at Kellogg Company from June 2007 to August 2016. Earlier in their career, Cath held the position of Director/HR Consultant at Catalyst People Development Limited from June 2002 to June 2007 and worked as the Head of Learning & Development at Barclays Bank from December 1992 to June 2002.

Cath Bailey's education history includes attending Harvard Business School for the Executive Development Programme in 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a BSc Hons in Psychology from The Open University from 1999 to 2001. Furthermore, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford from 1995 to 1997.
