Emma Johnston

Emma Johnston has a strong background in supply chain management and planning. Emma is currently the Head of Planning, Demand & Customer Supply at PZ Cussons, a position they started in November 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of Supply Chain at Iceland Manufacturing Ltd from April 2019 to November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Müller UK & Ireland as the Head of Planning & Scheduling, where they managed a large team and was responsible for ensuring the production plan delivers optimal service. Emma also had a secondment as the Head of Demand & Scheduling. Emma has also held roles as the Head of Demand Planning at Müller and the Head of Forecasting Europe at Princes Limited. Emma began their career at Raisio as the Group Supply Chain Manager and worked at Northern Foods as the Demand Planning Manager.

Emma Johnston attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a 2:1 degree in English.
