Karen Deards has over 25 years of experience in procurement and customer service management. Currently serving as the European 3rd Party Procurement Manager at PZ Cussons International since 2010, Karen previously held the role of UK 3rd Party Procurement Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Customer Operations Manager at PZ Cussons UK, Customer Service Manager at Burton's Biscuit Company, and Customer Service Manager at Pulse Home Products Ltd.
