Nilesh Gadre has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Nilesh is currently working as the Head of Supply, Planning, and Control Finance ANZ at PZ Cussons since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nilesh served as the Head of Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Finance Manager at PZ Cussons from November 2019 to May 2022 and August 2019 to June 2021, respectively. Before joining PZ Cussons, they worked as an Assistant Vice President, GBS Infra Finance at Deutsche Bank from June 2016 to April 2018. Nilesh also took a sabbatical in 2014 during which they worked as a Teacher to MBA Students and with various start-ups. Nilesh held the position of Senior Finance Business Partner at GSK from March 2014 to April 2015. Prior to that, Nilesh worked as a Finance Business Partner - Supply (Contract) at BP from June 2013 to March 2014. Nilesh completed their Full-time MBA from Melbourne Business School from August 2012 to May 2013. Nilesh has also worked as a Finance Project Lead (Contract) at Mylan from January 2012 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Finance Business Partner at Shell from August 2005 to December 2011. Nilesh also worked as a Finance Project Manager at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) from June 2003 to July 2005 and as a Senior Finance Officer at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited from November 2000 to June 2003.

Nilesh Gadre completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Melbourne Business School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, in 2009, they completed the CPA Australia Program, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Costing. In 2003, they obtained the SAP Finance Certification from SAP AG. Furthermore, Nilesh Gadre also holds a degree as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they earned from 1997 to 2000, with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Costing.
