Robert M. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group FP&A Manager at PZ Cussons since November 2024. Previously, Robert held multiple roles at pladis Global from August 2016 to November 2024, including Head of Customer Finance and various positions as a Finance Business Partner for key retail customer teams. Early in the career at pladis, Robert also served as a Global FP&A Analyst, managing reporting and system projects. Robert began the finance journey with a rotational graduate scheme, gaining experience across several finance functions, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Lancaster University in 2016. Prior experience includes a Finance Commercial Trainee role at Johnson & Johnson, where Robert partnered with the UK sales function.
