Margot Nones is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various esteemed institutions. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Process Officer at Pzena Investment Management since February 2013, Margot has held pivotal roles in improving operational frameworks and technology strategies. Prior to this, Margot operated as an Independent Executive Management Consultant at Nones Ventures, aiding startups in infrastructure and regulatory compliance. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Evercore Asset Management, Margot established a robust operational infrastructure for investment management. Additional experience includes leadership roles at UBS Global Asset Management, Sanford C. Bernstein, and AllianceBernstein, where Margot directed operations, client services, and complex projects.
