Megan Shire

Megan Shire is a skilled finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio accounting and general accounting. Currently serving as a Portfolio Accountant at Pzena Investment Management since May 2022, Megan has developed expertise in managing financial records and transactions. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Winters Bros. Waste Systems from May 2019 to May 2022 as an Accountant, responsible for scheduling monthly depreciation, preparing and posting journal entries, and handling various tax filings. Additionally, Megan has experience in logistics and collections, including negotiating payment plans and conducting transaction analysis. Megan holds a Master of Business Administration in Investment Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, and has also studied at BI Norwegian Business School.
