Rachel Segal is an experienced professional in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and sustainable business practices. Currently serving as Head of ESG at Pzena Investment Management since March 2019, Rachel has held various roles including Senior ESG Research Analyst and ESG Team Lead. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Social Investing & Sustainability at BNY Mellon, where Rachel focused on firm ESG strategy and impact investing. Rachel's background also encompasses consulting positions at Kantar Consulting and PwC, where the emphasis was on assisting clients with ESG strategy, reporting, and organizational transformation. Rachel holds an MA in Energy Resources and Environment and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
