Dorian Dziubiński, PMP, has a diverse range of work experience in project management in the sports industry. Dorian has held various roles at UEFA, including Venue Director for the upcoming UEFA event in 2023. Dorian served as Project Leader for multiple events, such as the UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Conference League Final, and UEFA EURO Women's U19. Prior to their work at UEFA, Dorian worked at PZPN as the Deputy Director of the Events Organisation, Security, and Infrastructure Department. Dorian also worked as a Project Manager and Head of Stadium Operations for the UEFA Europa League Final and FIFA U-20 World Cup Poland 2019 Local Organising Committee. During their career, they have been involved in coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring safety and security compliance, and developing strong teams. Dorian also has experience as a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, where they taught event safety officer training.
