Michał Żukowski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, a company focused on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha contributed to self-sovereign finance solutions. At Energy Web, Micha was Chief Innovation Officer and CTO, driving decentralized infrastructure for the energy sector. Micha has also held positions with organizations such as Share&Charge, IIB Council, PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed courses in Fintech at MIT and Project Management certification from PMI.
