Paula Kovačević

Paula Kovačević is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations and Head of Operations at Q agency since December 2015, Paula has also held roles as Finance and Operations Manager and Office Manager within the same organization. Additionally, since September 2019, Paula has been the Head of Operations at Jenz, a company focused on employee engagement and communication. Prior experience includes serving as Board Member and President at Ekonomska klinika from October 2015 to 2021 and as Agenda Coordinator for the LEAP Summit in early 2016. Paula holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Zagreb, completed in 2016.
