Nitin Trivedi

Nitin Trivedi has extensive work experience in talent acquisition, specifically as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Nitin has held this role at both Qualitest and Q Analysts LLC. At Q Analysts LLC, Nitin was responsible for managing the talent acquisition process and leveraging their expertise in business intelligence, analytics, quality assurance, and testing. Prior to these roles, Nitin served as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Lead at Ascendum Solutions, where they provided mentorship and training for new recruiters. Nitin also gained experience as a Lead Recruiter at Accion Labs. Earlier in their career, Nitin worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at FutureNet Group, Inc., where they sourced resources for federal projects. Nitin also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Collabera, a global IT services provider. Additionally, Nitin has experience as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant at IMS People, where they recruited IT professionals and interacted with clients to understand their resource needs. Nitin completed their education at PROTON business school and gained industry experience as a summer intern at Wipro Infotech Ltd, where they conducted market research and business development activities.

Nitin Trivedi completed their MBA in Business Management from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University from 2008 to 2010. Nitin also earned a PGP in IT and Operations Management with a focus on Leadership and Excellence from Proton Business School, Indore during the same period. In 2003, Nitin received their B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Rajasthan. Nitin obtained their High School Certification in Mathematics and Computer Science from Gyan Mandir between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, Nitin obtained a Training Certificate in Hiring Legally from TrainingToday - Web-based Training in 2013.
