Andreas Abt

Andreas Abt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andreas is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Q.ANT, where they are focused on revolutionizing the field of quantum technology through photonics solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President R&D at TRUMPF from 2015 to 2021. Andreas also worked as a Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2015, and as a Principal at PWCs PRTM Management Consultants GmbH from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they were a Manager at PRTM Management Consultants GmbH from 2007 to 2011. Andreas started their career at AMD as a Manager Systems & Applications from 1998 to 2007. Andreas also gained experience as a Product Development Engineer at Bosch Telecom from 1993 to 1998. Andreas completed their education at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, where they were a student from 2004 to 2006.
