Lydia Brown

Lydia Brown, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Lead of Total Rewards and Operations at Q-Centrix, where responsibilities include spearheading Open Enrollment for over 800 employees, managing employee relations, and overseeing the onboarding process. With a solid foundation as a Senior People Operations Generalist and previous experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, Lydia has demonstrated expertise in policy creation, performance management, and compliance. Prior roles have included leadership as Co-President for Her Campus UNH, a Human Resources Intern at Elbit Systems of America, and a Research Associate at the Carsey School of Public Policy. Lydia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with minors in Justice Studies and Business from the University of New Hampshire.
