Joost Zuurbier

Joost Zuurbier is a seasoned professional in healthcare management, currently serving as Programmaleider Leergang Financieel Bestuur in de Zorg at Erasmus Centrum voor Zorgbestuur since April 2009, focusing on financial and economic issues within the healthcare sector. As a Partner and Senior Consultant at Q-Consult Zorg since January 1998, Joost collaborates with clients to foster sustainable healthcare solutions. Additionally, Joost has led the Financieel Management program at Q-Academie since February 2015, aimed at enhancing the financial acumen of healthcare professionals. Previous roles include Hoofd Financieel Economische Zaken at Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis and Consultant in healthcare at Q-Consult Zorg, along with completing a PhD focused on the financial management of hospitals at the University of Twente, where Joost also obtained an Industrial Engineering degree.
