Josette Dijksman

Josette Dijksman is a senior consultant at Q-Consult Zorg, specializing in quality and safety in long-term care and the social domain since April 2018. In the same organization, Josette serves as a trainer at Q-Academie, focusing on the personal and professional development of care staff. Previous experience includes managing a quality and safety department at De Zorggroep and leading innovation and marketing teams at Blik op Werk. Josette has also worked as a psychologist at HSK Groep, providing diagnostics and treatment, and gained research experience at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Clinical Neuropsychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utrecht University.
