Matthew Dorschner

Matthew Dorschner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and leadership training. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational, Change and Leadership Development Consultant at Q Consulting, Inc. since June 2019, Matthew specializes in transformational leadership projects that engage executive teams and C-suite leadership. Previous roles include an Organizational Development Consultant at Super Lawyers, an Organizational Design Consultant at Thomson Reuters, and an Executive Director of Learning and Development for District 833, where strategic oversight encompassed a significant budget and a diverse staff. As an educator, Matthew served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota Duluth and contributed to doctoral research and evaluation at the University of Minnesota.
