Welcome to Q and a more connected, innovative and cost-effective approach to the design and construction of industrial buildings:

•	Office buildings
•	Commercial premises
•	Warehouses
•	Workshops
•	Industrial buildings
•	Agricultural warehouses
•	Bulk storage facilities

That’s what we do, in a nutshell. But it’s the integrated ‘how’ that enables us to innovate smarter, more cost-effective solutions for industrial, agricultural and commercial clients across Australia.

By working in partnership with our clients – from concept to completion – we’re able to streamline and add value at every stage of the planning, design and construction process:

•	Brief and concept
•	Development approval
•	Full design and modelling, with 3D and 4D BIM
•	On-site and off-site fabrication solutions
•	Construction and commissioning
•	Completion

It’s an integrated approach that enables us to simultaneously lower our overheads and raise the quality bar, ultimately reducing timeframes, costs and stress levels for our clients.

It also means we can adapt our multidisciplinary team and services to suit almost any project, so we’re able to:

•	Optimise all stages of the design and construction process
•	Eliminate over-design, and over-engineered solutions
•	Economise on transport and shipping costs
•	Continually improve our processes and streamline our supply chain
•	Source the best materials and solutions worldwide
•	Reduce maintenance and service costs for the end user
