Artem Dikarev

Artem Dikarev, MBA, is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and project management. Currently serving as an FP&A Analyst at QEP since June 2019, Artem previously held roles including Project Manager at Anaconda USA, LLC, where responsibilities included coordinating project execution and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Artem also worked as a Budget Analyst for the City of Boca Raton, where budget preparation and analysis were key tasks, overseeing an annual budget of $864 million. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant position at Florida Atlantic University, managing financial budgets for multiple departments and successfully correcting overpayments, as well as serving as a Financial Analyst at AutoIdent, where analysis of loan contracts and competitor financials contributed to senior management decisions. Artem holds an MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
