Troy Lovegrove has extensive experience in various manufacturing roles. Troy currently serves as the President and General Manager at Robinson Stave and East Bernstadt Cooperage since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at QEP as the Vice President of Wood Flooring Operations, where they successfully led a multi-site operation and achieved significant cost savings through process improvements. Troy also held the role of Director of Manufacturing at QEP and was responsible for increasing productivity and capacity while reducing costs. Before QEP, they worked at Brunswick Corporation as the VP of Operations/Plant Manager, implementing Lean manufacturing techniques and reducing inventory and labor costs. Troy also held the position of Director of Operations at Columbia Flooring, where they led the company's expansion and strategic planning efforts. Their early career included roles at Harris-Tarkett as a Production System Efficiency Manager and Engineering Manager, where they implemented continuous improvement practices.

Troy Lovegrove completed a Masters degree in Executive Business Administration from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from East Tennessee State University, from 1989 to 1992. Troy also obtained a Lean Certificate from the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services, although the specific month and year of this certification are not provided.
