Roger Klausen

Roger Klausen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Roger is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology, Tolling at Q-Free ASA since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Board Member at Solwr Software AS starting from March 2017.

Roger also served as a Board Member at Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management Norge starting February 2016. Before that, they were a Board Member at Dossier Solutions from May 2010.

In terms of executive roles, Roger served as the Chief Product Officer at Signicat from January 2020 to September 2022. Roger also played a significant role at ExproSoft, initially as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2014 to January 2018, where they led a strategic transformation of the company's operations from consulting to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Roger then served as the CEO, driving the company towards profitability from January 2018 to December 2019. Roger also took on the role of Executive Chairman at ExproSoft from December 2019 to May 2020, where they prepared the company for an exit and facilitated the sale to an industrial buyer during challenging market conditions.

Prior to that, Roger held several positions at Advent Software, Inc. including VP of Services EMEA from October 2007 to January 2014, Director of Product Management from September 2006 to September 2007, and Director of Product Management and Development, EMEA from January 2004 to August 2006.

Roger also gained experience at Advent Europe GmbH as the Director of Product Marketing from January 2003 to December 2003, and as the Director of Professional Services from January 2001 to December 2002.

Roger's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Advent Scandinavia AS from May 1999 to December 2000, and as a Consultant/Partner at Applied Relational Technology AS from July 1994 to April 1999.

Roger Klausen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.
