Tore Valderhaug

Tore Valderhaug has over 20 years of experience in the finance and maritime industries. Tore currently serves as the Chairman of Q-Free. Prior to this, they were the Chair of the Board of Directors for Inapril AS from May 2017 to January 2019. Tore has also served on the Board of Directors for Nordic Semiconductor ASA from April 2014 to April 2019, and as the Chief Financial Officer for Proventia Oy from August 2014 to January 2016.

Tore Valderhaug has a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a degree in business administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
