Bethany Cale has a diverse work experience that spans multiple organizations and roles. Bethany began their career as an Emerging Markets & New Initiatives Intern at Compassion International, where they assisted in the planning, marketing, and PR for the launch of a national walk fundraising series. After that, they worked at Baylor University as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, where they managed relationships with university partners and played a key role in marketing strategy and implementation.

Currently, Bethany is employed at Q Investments, where they have held multiple roles. Bethany started as a Foundation Associate Program Director, responsible for the administration of the Foundation's Philanthropy Lab initiative and managing various programs and events. Bethany then became the Foundation Program Director - The Philanthropy Lab, overseeing the foundation's programs and grantmaking and collaborating with stakeholders for growth opportunities.
