David Isfort

David Isfort is a Microbiologist II with extensive experience in both GMP/Pharma and food microbiology at Q Laboratories since April 2013, where responsibilities include media preparation, training lab technicians, and leading the microbiology food group with proficiency in FDA, USDA, AOAC, SMEWW, SMEDP, and CMMEF methods. Prior experience includes training kitchen staff at LaRosa's and hands-on laboratory work during studies at Thomas More College, where David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Early work experience includes maintenance roles at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Parish.
