Paula Smoginski currently serves as the Operator Area Lead at Q-linea since March 2021, overseeing daily production activities with a focus on planning, execution, documentation, and quality control, while also leading the production team in training and skill development. Previously, Paula held roles such as Operator Development Support and Process Operator at SVENSK DOS AB from February 2019 to April 2020, and worked as a Maskinoperatör at Atrax, Energi och miljö AB in mid-2018, where responsibilities included investigating contaminated soils as an Environmental Consultant. Paula Smoginski earned a Master’s degree in Soil and Water Management from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Forest Engineering from the Federal Rural University of the Amazon from 2008 to 2012.
