Kimmie (Champlin) Restificar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kimmie joined Clutch.co in November 2016 and has since held various positions, including Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Growth Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Operations. During their time at Clutch.co, Kimmie has been responsible for implementing and managing the company's CRM strategy, leading projects related to advertising, creative, and video production research, and supporting the professional development program. Kimmie has also been involved in implementing a new CRM system using HubSpot. Additionally, Kimmie has worked as a Social Media Marketer and Graphic Designer at Fair Observer from September 2016 to December 2016. Prior to that, they had several roles at AIESEC UK, including National Vice President Talent Management & Finance, National Financial Support Team Leader, Vice President of Finance, Director of Engagement with AIESEC, Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development Internship, and Vice President of Talent Management.
