Matthew Wayne Hoffman has a diverse range of work experience, starting from 2010. Matthew Wayne began their career at Now You Know Media, where they worked in the Sales and Customer Service Department for a year. Following this, they joined Custom Ink as an Account Manager and stayed with the company for over four years. In 2017, Matthew worked as a Sales Development Representative at Trustify. The following year, they joined Foodsby as a Regional Account Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining market networks, recruiting partners, and driving usage and value with clients. After Foodsby, they worked at CoStar Group as an Account Executive under Homesnap, a Costar Group brand, for two years. Most recently, Matthew joined Rentable in 2021 as an Account Executive. Matthew Wayne now holds the position of Senior Account Executive at Clutch, starting from January 2023.

Matthew Wayne Hoffman attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School from 1999 to 2003. Matthew Wayne then pursued a Bachelor's degree in American Government and Politics (United States) from Duquesne University, graduating in 2008. Currently, they are enrolled in the Sandler Sales Method program at Sandler, starting in 2022.
