Laura Terranova

Laura Terranova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Laura currently holds the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Q-Tran, Inc, where they started in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Finance Manager at LightBox from October 2014 to April 2020.

Laura also has extensive experience at PVH Corp., where they served as the Director of the Financial Reporting Transition Team from October 2012 to April 2014. In this role, they played a key role in a transition project related to the acquisition of Warnaco Inc. by PVH Corp. Laura'sresponsibilities included consolidating global P&L and balance sheet forecasts for the Warnaco businesses, supporting financials for SEC filings and investor presentations, and providing analysis and commentary for MD&A.

Before their time at PVH Corp., Laura worked at Warnaco from April 2004 to October 2012. Laura held the positions of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Manager of Corporate Taxes. In their roles, they provided financial support for executive management and corporate controllers, prepared financials for SEC filings and investor presentations, and led various special projects such as cost savings initiatives and working capital management.

Prior to working at Warnaco, Laura gained experience as a Senior Tax Analyst at Southern New England Telephone from December 1995 to March 1999. Laura also worked as a Senior Tax Analyst at Deloitte from November 1994 to December 1995 and at KPMG from August 1991 to November 1994.

Laura Terranova attended Lauralton Hall from 1983 to 1987. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Connecticut School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from 1987 to 1991. In 1994, Laura obtained a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from the State of Connecticut.
