Rica Mae Milante

Rica Mae Milante has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rica Mae started their career at Table Group Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant, where they gained experience in various HR functions such as employee services, compensation and benefits, and recruitment. Rica Mae then moved on to work at Silverlush Food Corp. as a Human Resources Specialist, where they continued to develop their skills in HR management. Most recently, they have worked at Q2 HR Solutions and Wells Fargo, where they held roles as a Recruitment Account Lead and a Recruitment Coordinator respectively. Throughout their career, Rica has demonstrated their ability to excel in different HR roles and handle various responsibilities.

Rica Mae Milante completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in HubSpot Sales Software and Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy. Rica Mae also obtained a Civil Service Eligibility certification from the Civil Service Commission in 2018.
