Banti Sachde

Banti Sachde currently serves as the Head of Cloud Platform Engineering at Q2, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Banti worked at Calix as a Senior Manager in DevOps and Cloud Platform Engineering from August 2023 to October 2025, and at NetApp as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager from May 2021 to August 2023, leading a global SRE team for Azure NetApp Files. Experience also includes a tenure at Qwikcilver Solutions as a Technical Engineering Manager in DevOps, where management of a team and driving DevOps culture were key responsibilities. Earlier roles involved consulting at Accenture as a DevOps Consultant and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle, focused on configuration management. Initial experience was gained at Honeywell and Accenture in software engineering and project setup. Banti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from MGM's College of Engineering and completed high school at St. Xavier's School and Indian School Salalah.
