Matt Chan currently serves as the Director of HR Technology & People Analytics at Q2, starting in September 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Manager - People Technology & Support at Hinge Health, where the focus was on enhancing patient-centered digital musculoskeletal care. Prior to that role, Matt accumulated experience at Accenture, progressing from Associate Manager to Senior Manager while leading Workday project integrations. Matt also worked at DayNine Consulting as an Integration Consultant, optimizing Workday solutions for clients. Early career experience includes internships at Citrix in systems testing and software development. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
