Shreya Bajaj

Shreya Bajaj currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Q2, leading the talent acquisition efforts for Q2 India since November 2023. Previously, Shreya held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Navi from September 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition across various sectors and managing HR operations. Prior to that, Shreya worked at Flipkart in multiple roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations and Manager of HR Business Partnering, focusing on corporate functions and non-tech talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes a role as General Manager for International Markets at MapleCode, Inc., managing P&L across regions and leadership hiring, and as Head of HR at ACS Advisory Services Ltd., where Shreya handled client acquisition and team management. Shreya holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
