Shadi Abdelsalam

Shadi Abdelsalam is a seasoned architect with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Design Director and CoFounder at Q3 Architects since December 2020, and CPO and CoFounder of Sketshare LTD since October 2021, Shadi has a strong background in blending science with architecture. Previous positions include Managing Director and CoFounder at SWISH design.build.company, and Associate at Broadway Malyan, where involvement in several state school projects for the Abu Dhabi Education Council was notable. Shadi's earlier career includes significant roles at Kann Finch, Tameer Architects, MY OWN, and OF Architects, contributing to a variety of residential, commercial, and governmental projects across the UAE and beyond. Shadi holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mansoura University.
