Michael Dellorusso has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Michael started their career as a soccer player for FC Dallas from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2014. Michael then served as a Coach and College Advisor at the Soccer Association of Columbia from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Head Coach of the Arizona United Soccer Club until 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the First Team Assistant Coach at the Houston Dynamo Football Club, and concurrently as an Assistant Coach for RGV FC Toros in 2016. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Manager at Spiideo until 2022. Currently, they are the Sports Marketing Manager at Q30 Innovations / Q30 Sports Canada.

Michael Dellorusso completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in American Studies from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus. This degree was earned between the years 2011 and 2014.
