Nick Boyd

Nick Boyd has a diverse work experience in the field of broadcasting and sports production. Nick started their career at Q30 Television in 2022, where they held multiple roles in the Sports Department and News Department. Nick gained on-air experience as an anchor and analyst and also worked as a Women's Basketball Beat Reporter, providing game-day coverage and producing highlight reels for social media and student media shows.

In 2022, Nick also joined the Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network as a Photographer/Broadcaster. Their responsibilities included managing the photography branch, organizing photos, and distributing photographers' work online.

Additionally, Nick worked with the Quinnipiac University School of Communications as an ESPN+ Camera Operator, operating cameras for live broadcasts.

Prior to these experiences, in 2021, Nick was a part of the MiLB.TV Production Crew for the Hudson Valley Renegades, where they gained skills in operating live video cameras, graphics equipment, and replay equipment for live broadcasts.

Nick Boyd is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast Journalism at Quinnipiac University. Nick began their studies in 2022 and is expected to complete their degree in 2025. Prior to attending Quinnipiac, Nick earned an Advanced Regents Diploma from Arlington High School, where their field of study was not specified.
