Hong Wu, MD, PhD, DABT

Hong Wu, MD, PhD, DABT has a long and varied work experience. From 2000 to 2009, they worked as an Intern Resident at the Second Affiliated Xiangya Hospital in Changsha, China. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Research Affiliate at the Wadsworth Center. From 2010 to 2017, they held the roles of Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist at Pfizer. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Nonclinical Oncology Boston Safety Lead and Director of Nonclinical Safety at GSK, and also a Senior Toxicologist/Director at TESARO, Inc. Since 2021, they have been the Vice President and Head of Nonclinical Development, and Senior Director and Head of Nonclinical Development at Q32 Bio Inc.

Hong Wu, MD, PhD, DABT received their M.D. from Central South University, XiangYa School of Medicine between 1996 and 2004. Hong then went on to receive a Master of Science in Physiology from Central South University between 2001 and 2004. In 2004, they began their studies at University at Albany, SUNY and earned a Degree of Philosophy in Toxicology in 2009.
