Justin Rogers

Justin Rogers has over 18 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. Justin began their career in 2002 as an Analytical Technician at Entegris. Justin then moved to Cetek Corporation in 2003 as a Production Technician. In 2005, they joined Nitto Denko Avecia Inc. as a QC Analyst II. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Lonza as a Quality Control Analyst II and Quality Control Supervisor. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Quality Control Method Validation & Remediation Consultant at Altran. Justin then joined Cerulean Pharma Inc. in 2014 as a Sr. Manager, Quality Control. In 2017, they moved to XTuit Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Sr. Manager, Quality. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as an Associate Director, Quality and Sr. Quality Assurance Manager. Most recently, they were the Director, Quality Assurance at Q32 Bio Inc.

Justin Rogers obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002, following their graduation from Holliston High School in 1997. Justin then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices from Northeastern University in 2016.
