Mara Polak is currently working as a Project Lead at Q42 and is the Owner/Founder of MAAR., specializing in User Experience Design (UX). With previous experience as a Designer & Project Lead at Bit, Mara has worked on projects for NS International, ING, Bit Academy, and Gemeente Amsterdam. Mara's educational background includes a Master's degree in Mediapyschology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Verkorte Bachelor in Communicatiewetenschap from the University of Amsterdam, and a Minor in Neuropsychologie from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Throughout their career, Mara has also worked as a Brand Ambassador, Intern Visual Design at Hearst Magazines, Visual Designer at Appromoters, and Allround Medewerker at Hotel het Oude Raadhuis.
