Sebastiaan Hols has a diverse background in software development, e-learning, community management, and creative industries. Currently employed as Q42's Innovation Sprint Owner at PostNL, Sebastiaan applies Marty Cagan’s principles to create innovative solutions using Server Driven UI. With experience in front-end development using technologies like React and React Native, Sebastiaan has also worked in E-learning development at Erasmus MC and Elevate Health. Additionally, Sebastiaan has played roles such as Community Manager at Colab and Sound Engineer at Transversal Theater. Sebastiaan holds a Master's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship in the Creative and Cultural Sector from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and has pursued further education in Java development and multimedia design.
