Dorothy Arturi has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Dorothy started their career as an HR Administrator/Generalist at Reitmans, where they provided support to managers and managed various HR functions. Dorothy later became a Recruitment & Training Coordinator, developing training programs and strategies for talent recruitment.

Dorothy then joined Magnotta Winery as a Human Resources Manager, where they established and launched HR policies, benefits, and performance management systems. Dorothy also partnered with operations teams to enhance employee engagement programs.

After that, Dorothy worked at Swiss Herbal Remedies Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, responsible for managing national accounts and the HR department. Dorothy played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Valeant Pharmaceuticals.
