Prior to this role, Emma worked at Accenture as an HR Manager, providing generalist HR support and advice to specific work groups. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a MCIPD in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster.
